WeVPN ("WeVPN," "we," "our," or "us") is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) mobile application developed and operated by BIS ("Company").
We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure, private internet experience.
Our privacy philosophy is simple: We believe your online activities are your business, not ours.
WeVPN is designed to minimize the processing of personal information and does not require users to create an account or provide an email address or password to access its standard VPN functionality.
This Privacy Policy explains how WeVPN processes limited technical information, what information we do not collect, and how we protect your privacy.

2. Our No-Logs Policy
WeVPN is designed to operate without recording or retaining users' online activities.
We do not collect, monitor, record, or store:
- Browsing history or websites visited.
- Internet search history.

- Files downloaded or uploaded.
- DNS queries or browsing destinations.
- Source IP addresses in persistent VPN activity logs.
- VPN connection timestamps or session durations in user activity logs.

We do not inspect users' browsing activity for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
WeVPN does not sell user browsing information or VPN activity data to advertisers or data brokers.
Our VPN infrastructure is intended to process network traffic only as necessary to deliver the VPN service, without retaining records of individual browsing activity.
3. Information We Process
WeVPN follows a data-minimization approach. We process only limited technical information required to provide VPN functionality.
3.1 IP Address
Your device's IP address may be processed temporarily to establish and maintain a VPN connection.
This processing is technically necessary for routing network traffic through the VPN service.
WeVPN does not intentionally record or permanently store your source IP address as part of VPN activity logs.
3.2 Location Information
WeVPN may use approximate geographic information derived from your device's network connection or IP address to help identify suitable VPN server locations.
Where this functionality is performed locally on your device, the resulting location information is not transmitted to BIS for storage.
WeVPN does not require precise GPS location tracking for its standard VPN functionality.
We do not use location information to create user movement histories, behavioral profiles, or advertising profiles.
3.3 Device and Network Information
The application may access limited device or network status information necessary to:
- Establish VPN connections.
- Determine network availability.
- Display connection status.
- Select or display available VPN servers.
- Maintain connection functionality.
- Detect connection failures locally.
This information is used for operational purposes and is not intended to identify or track individual users.
3.4 Account Information
WeVPN does not require users to register an account.
We do not request or collect account registration information such as:
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Username.
- Password.
- Mailing address.
- Telephone number.
Users can access the standard VPN functionality without providing these details.
4. How We Use Technical Information
The limited technical information processed by WeVPN is used exclusively for legitimate operational purposes, including:
- Establishing secure VPN connections.
- Routing internet traffic through selected VPN servers.
- Displaying VPN server availability.
- Maintaining application functionality.
- Supporting network connectivity.
- Protecting the technical integrity of the VPN service.
We do not use VPN traffic information for targeted advertising, behavioral analysis, or selling personal information.
5. Data Storage and Retention
WeVPN is designed to avoid retaining identifiable VPN activity information.
Temporary technical information required for an active VPN connection is processed only for the duration necessary to provide that functionality.
We do not maintain persistent records of users' browsing histories, websites visited, or source IP addresses as VPN activity logs.
Where technical information is processed solely in device memory, it is not intentionally retained by BIS after its operational purpose ends.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
BIS does not sell, rent, or commercially distribute users' VPN browsing activity information.
We do not voluntarily provide users' browsing histories or VPN traffic records to advertisers or marketing organizations.
We may be required to respond to valid legal requests under applicable law. However, because WeVPN is designed not to retain VPN browsing activity logs, BIS generally would not possess such historical activity records to disclose.
We may use infrastructure or technology providers necessary to operate the VPN service. Such providers must be evaluated for their data-processing practices and applicable contractual protections.
7. Advertising
WeVPN is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC, to show ads in the app.
To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the app may collect:
- Your device's advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking.
- Approximate location estimated from your IP address.
- Information about the ads you have seen and how you interact with the app, such as app launches and taps.
- Diagnostic information, such as crash logs and app performance data.
On iOS, WeVPN asks for your permission before your advertising identifier can be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.
Advertising data is collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and is separate from your VPN traffic. We do not use your browsing activity or VPN traffic to target ads, and we do not share it with advertisers.

8. Security Measures
WeVPN is designed to protect data transmitted between your mobile device and the VPN server using supported VPN security protocols and encryption mechanisms.
We seek to protect the confidentiality and integrity of VPN connections through appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
However, no internet service, application, or transmission technology can guarantee absolute security.
WeVPN does not guarantee complete anonymity or protection against every online threat.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
When using WeVPN, you may access websites, applications, and online services operated by third parties.
These third parties may independently collect information through cookies, account logins, device identifiers, or other technologies.
WeVPN does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Using a VPN does not prevent third parties from identifying you through information you voluntarily provide or through other tracking methods.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of the websites and services they access.
10. Children's Privacy
WeVPN is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
Because WeVPN does not require user accounts or personal registration information, we do not ordinarily collect age-identifying registration details.
If we discover that personal information from a child has been collected contrary to this policy or applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the issue.
11. International Use
WeVPN may be accessible in multiple countries and regions.
VPN servers or network infrastructure may operate in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

Because WeVPN does not require accounts and is designed not to retain identifiable VPN activity logs, BIS may not possess records that can be associated with an individual user.
