1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WeVPN.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeVPN mobile application and related Virtual Private Network services (collectively, the "Service"), developed and operated by BIS ("BIS," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WeVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

Your use of WeVPN is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

WeVPN provides Virtual Private Network functionality designed to improve privacy and security when accessing the internet.

The Service may allow users to:

Establish encrypted connections to VPN servers.
Route supported internet traffic through VPN infrastructure.
Select from available VPN server locations.
Reduce exposure of their original IP addresses to destination services.
Improve privacy when using public or unsecured networks.

WeVPN does not guarantee absolute anonymity, uninterrupted access, or protection from all cybersecurity threats.

Service features and server availability may vary by device, operating system, network, and geographic location.

3. No Account Registration Required

WeVPN does not require users to create a traditional account or provide an email address and password to use its standard VPN functionality.

Users are not required to submit personal registration information to establish a standard VPN connection.

Certain features may depend on application version, device compatibility, or service availability.

4. License to Use WeVPN

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BIS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use WeVPN on compatible mobile devices.

This license is granted solely for lawful personal or authorized business use.

You may not:

Copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the application without authorization.
Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract proprietary source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security.
Use the application to distribute malware or conduct unauthorized attacks.
Misrepresent your relationship with BIS or WeVPN.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by BIS.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WeVPN responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

You must not use WeVPN to:

Conduct fraud, identity theft, or financial scams.
Distribute malware, ransomware, or malicious software.
Gain unauthorized access to computers, accounts, or networks.
Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other malicious network activity.
Distribute illegal content.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
Facilitate activities prohibited by applicable law.
Abuse or intentionally disrupt VPN servers or network infrastructure.

BIS reserves the right to take lawful and proportionate measures to protect the Service from misuse, consistent with our Privacy Policy and no-logs commitments.

6. Privacy and No-Logs Commitment

WeVPN is designed with user privacy as a core principle.

BIS does not intentionally record or retain users' browsing histories, visited websites, DNS queries, or individual VPN activity logs.

Technical information, including IP addresses, may be processed temporarily when necessary to establish and maintain VPN connections.

Our handling of technical information is described in the WeVPN Privacy Policy.

The Service does not promise that using a VPN will make users completely anonymous or prevent all third-party tracking.

7. Service Availability and Performance

BIS aims to provide a reliable VPN experience.

However, we do not guarantee that WeVPN will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every network or device.

Connection speed and performance may be affected by:

Internet service provider restrictions.
Network congestion.
VPN server availability.
Device capabilities.
Geographic distance from VPN servers.
Government or network-level restrictions.
Maintenance or technical failures.

BIS may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service when reasonably necessary.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of WeVPN and for complying with applicable laws and regulations.

You acknowledge that:

VPN use may be restricted or regulated in certain jurisdictions.
Some websites or online services may block VPN connections.
WeVPN does not grant permission to access content unlawfully.
You remain responsible for your online activities while using the Service.
You must not use WeVPN to violate third-party rights.

Users should ensure their devices and operating systems are kept reasonably up to date.

9. Third-Party Services

WeVPN may allow access to third-party websites, applications, platforms, or online services.

BIS does not own or control these third-party services.

We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or contractual terms.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective policies and agreements.

10. Intellectual Property

WeVPN, including its application design, software, branding, logos, graphics, and other proprietary materials, is owned by BIS or its licensors.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of WeVPN or any associated intellectual property to users.

You may not use the WeVPN name, logo, or other BIS trademarks without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.

11. Updates and Modifications

BIS may release updates to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or performance.

Some updates may be required to maintain access to the Service.

BIS may also modify or discontinue features as the application evolves.

Where required by applicable law, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEVPN IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

BIS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE LEGALLY PERMITTED.

BIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Service will operate without interruption.
Every VPN connection will be free from errors.
All websites or online services will be accessible.
The Service will prevent every cybersecurity threat.
VPN use will provide complete anonymity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE WEVPN.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INDIRECT LOSSES.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally non-excludable obligations.

14. Suspension or Termination

BIS may suspend or restrict access to the Service where reasonably necessary to:

Address security threats.
Prevent significant infrastructure abuse.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Protect the availability or integrity of the Service.

Because WeVPN does not require traditional user accounts, restrictions may be implemented through lawful technical measures rather than account termination.

Any such measures will be subject to the privacy commitments described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using WeVPN at any time by disconnecting from the Service and uninstalling the application.

15. Changes to These Terms

BIS may revise these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be published through the application or our official website.

Where legally required, BIS will provide additional notice or request consent before material changes become effective.

Continued use of WeVPN after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the WeVPN Privacy Policy and any additional applicable service terms, constitute the agreement between you and BIS concerning your use of WeVPN.
